Ads that sell, built end to end.

Services

What I actually do.

The whole loop sits in one pair of hands. That is the point — no brief gets lost in a handoff, and a new idea can be live in days.

01 / Creative strategy

Find the angle that sells

  • Market, customer and competitor research
  • Avatar and sub-avatar mapping
  • Angle backlog, prioritised for testing
  • Reading comments and reviews as data

$977,284 spent on ads I built

02 / Script & production

Turn the angle into an ad

  • Hook and full script
  • Briefs an editor can actually shoot
  • Video editing in Premiere Pro
  • Static, carousel and UGC formats

98 ad variations shipped from 3 concepts

03 / Analysis & iteration

Find out why it won

  • Ad breakdowns: angle, mechanism, emotion
  • Reading Ads Manager, not guessing
  • Iterating winners instead of restarting
  • Killing what does not clear the benchmark

5.7x spend scale at the same ROAS

Client work

Results, with the receipts.

Every number below comes off a Meta Ads Manager screenshot. Where a client has not cleared their name, the work stays anonymous.

Process

How a winner gets made.

Five steps, on a loop. Step five feeds step one — that is what turns one good ad into a scalable one.

01 //

Research

Market, customer and competitor research. Reddit threads, reviews, and the comments under our own ads.

02 //

Angle

Turn a real buying motive into an avatar, and the avatar into a testable angle.

03 //

Script

Hook, script and a brief precise enough that the edit matches the idea.

04 //

Edit

Cut in Premiere. Doing it myself takes the loop from weeks down to days.

05 //

Read

Break the result down, keep what worked, iterate the winner. Kill the rest.

The difference

Three ways to get creative made.

All three work. They just fail in different places.

In-house generalist

  • Wears every hat, so creative is the first thing that slips
  • Only ever sees one brand's data
  • Testing stops the week something else catches fire

The agency chain

  • Strategist briefs an editor who briefs a designer
  • Three handoffs before a test goes live
  • The person you sold to is rarely the person doing the work

Ecomatrix

  • One person from research to final cut — no handoffs
  • Days from idea to a live test, not weeks
  • You talk to the person actually making the ad
  • Built on an account spending eight figures a year

Background

Who's behind it.

I'm Sebastian. I started in e-commerce four years ago, dropshipping random products.

Then I moved into branding, and that failed because my creative was bad.

So I learned to make ads properly — video editor first, then strategist, then head strategist.

Before that I sold enterprise software at Salesforce and SAP, which is where I learned how a buying decision actually gets made.

I also run my own brand, so I know the job from the client's side of the table too.

Ecomatrix GmbH is my company. The work is mine — I don't subcontract the thinking.

Questions

The obvious ones.

Do you buy media as well?

No. I build the creative and I read the numbers — campaign structure and bidding are somebody else's job.

It's worth saying plainly, because a creative strategist who pretends to be a media buyer wastes everyone's first month.

How fast does a new idea go live?

Days, not weeks, because there's no handoff between the person who has the idea and the person who cuts it.

What does it cost?

Monthly retainer, priced on scope — how many concepts a month, and how much of the production sits with me.

Send a note with your spend level and what you're missing, and you'll get a real number back rather than a bracket.

Can I see work for brands other than Westmonth?

Some of it, anonymised. Client work stays confidential until the client clears it — Westmonth did, in writing, which is why their numbers are on this page.

The same protection applies to you.
